onyx, at the point in time you mentioned from Officer Wilson’s testimony, two things are plain:
1. Michael Brown had temporary control of the officer’s weapon and was directing it—thus Michael Brown WAS armed;
and
2) Michael Brown was attempting the murder of a police officer, and the chances of him seeing the day’s sunset fell into the below 50-50 category.
