What gets me is how some people can't rationalize why police shoot sometimes and not others when not all situations are the same.

We have a black mayor and a black police chief. A good number of the city council is black.

Yet we’re supposed to believe they preside over a police force full of killer white cops just itching to gun down innocent black children?

If so, it demonstrates near total impotence of black leadership.
