In my opinion, it is a waste of time to try and impeach Obama. Even if the effort is successful, removal from office is unlikely due to the Dems ability to hold up the Senate.

However, I do believe that it would be wise to impeach those around Obama (Hillary, Holder, etc). Note that it is not necessary for that individual to currently hold office. The House can bring impeachment proceedings against anyone. In addition to removing someone from office, impeachment can permanently bar someone from serving in any office in the United States.

By going after those around Obama, you do not give the Dems a fund raising “ticket” but you DO show the corruption, and start damaging the party and the party leaders. You just might even get one or two of the czars to turn on Obama and give up enough dirt for a criminal prosecution after Obama leaves office.

I guess I am glad your opinion doesn't matter.

Are we to be no better than the Attorney General that ignores the laws he doesn't like?

The House of representatives is obligated by oath to bring charges against a lawless president, failing to do so for political reasons is treasonous.
