The SPLC victory in the vicarious liability suit against Tom Metzger looks like it does set a valid precedent if any threat is made to Darren Wilson. Darren Wilson could wind up owning a newspaper company.
Of course I would like to see a vicarious liability case against the SPLC for “inspiring” that shooter to attempt a massacre at the Family Research Council. Turnabout is fair play.
Note to SPLC: Do not go around claiming that this is a threat of violence against the SPLC. The above describes a LEGITIMATE LEGAL COURSE OF ACTION following the rule of law.
