You are correct. I live in San Diego. The Calif. Hwy. Patrol gently escorted those a**holes off of the freeway so that they could continue their protest elsewhere. I don’t think the San Diego P.D. even showed up. I am going to vent against my city councilmember, for what that is worth.
If your car broke down on that same highway, how quickly do you think it would be removed and a large bill would be sent to you? Plus, maybe a ticket?
