I never believed it was “outside agitators” involved in the looting (just due to transport issues with the loot).

And the people of Ferguson should be reminded that the outside agitators managed to slip away without being arrested or burning their own neighborhood.

I think there are outsiders involved in at least the planning of these terrorist acts. They just might not be in Ferguson for the actual riots.
I noticed that Al Sharpton stayed away from Ferguson the day the Grand Jury decision was announced.

The people who goaded them on made certain that their hands were clean, and they have plenty of flat screens and liquor already at their homes in “nice” neighborhoods.
