YOO-HOO, Sen Lara, don't forget what "THE PRESIDENT SAID." B/c all of it needs to be in your law....for the sake of transparency (/snix).
THE PRESIDENT SAID---Illegals (hiding in the shadows)---including criminals---are encouraged to come forward to fill out APPLICATIONS for temporary residency.
You, Obama, and our "compassionate" govt will record all the illegals' information including documents from their homelands: copies of their matricular cards, passports, names of family members, number of children, places of residence in the USA, as well as in their homelands, including full biometrics, fingerprints, DNA etc. etc. etc.....
Remember, "THE PRESIDENT SAID" illegals should give govt operatives and agencies all of their relevant info so that 5 million illegals "can come out of the shadows, and stay." (sniffle)
==================================================
Oh, before I forget---all info will be data-mined w/ existing federal and state databases. That might include:
Multiple identities,
voting registrations,
multiple SS nos, multiple drivers' licenses,
multiple EBT cards,
EITC applications,
real estate holdings here, and in their homelands,
investment accounts,
American Express platinum cards,
bank accounts,
bank cards,
debit cards,
wire-transfers to offshore banks,
memberships in violent organizations advocating the overthrow of the US govt.......
etc, etc, etc, and so on and forth, ad infinitum, ad nauseaum.
=============================================
Mmmmmm.....can you hardly wait til they all come out of the shadows?
Legal services to illegals might not be a good idea---b/c unlike the corrupt Third World court systems Sens Lara and illegals are familiar with, US courts do not dispenses justice to those who come to court w/ "unclean hands" (a legal term meaning those who have committed crimes).
Any lawyer who attempts to aid criminals, and others here illegally, should be reported to the Californi State Bar Association for disbarment.
