Wait for them to do this to a BNSF or UP doublestack train, or a Crude Oil unit train... Railroad cops are a special breed... plus when interstate commerce is threatened it becomes a federal felony.

I wonder if it has occurred to the useful idiots who are protesting that the powers behind the organizers WANT a shooting of a protestor.
