“Live one” is right!!! This noob give-up came right out of the FR chute with his garbage! Usually they lay low a bit before they reveal how they really feel. (Check his tagline). Yeah, let’s all leave, quit, throw up our hands and surrender huh? No freakin’ way! Oh well, since our dear departed America hater from the Philippines got zapped we DAWGS have needed a new chew-toy to munch on.....I think we have found one.

Check his tagline

Really gives you an insight into poster Obstinate's mindset, doesn't it?

This is my bottom line here:

““Live one” is right!!! This noob give-up came right out of the FR chute with his garbage! Usually they lay low a bit before they reveal how they really feel. (Check his tagline). Yeah, let’s all leave, quit, throw up our hands and surrender huh? No freakin’ way! I tried to explain my position but failed.

No explanation will matter now, so I'll just say that time will show you're chewing on the wrong toy.

Which all kinda makes me wonder if the Separatists were labeled as chew toys.

f our founding fathers who moved to keep ALL religion out of government entities, including public schools.
^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^^

Then we must shut down the government schools. And...We must find ways to get as many kids out of college as possible. Why?

Answer: It is impossible for any school to be religiously neutral! It is impossible because such a state of philosophic religious neutrality is impossible in the mind of any sentient human.

Secularism ( godlessness) is no more religiously neutral in content or consequences than is a God-centered curriculum.

Solution: Complete separation of **school** and state.

Solution: Begin the process of privatizing the delivery of all education.

Solution: Get as many kids as possible **out** of college. Charles Murray's suggestion of privately administered qualifying exams is a good one. Even professions that do require campus attendance are filled with routine information that can be tested using qualifying exams.

Hey ‘ear. I will never understand this ‘give up’ attitude. I do not get it at all. Especially from FReepers. There are only a few left, I am glad to say, that continue with the cowardly garbage. Living in the greatest nation on earth and they talk of giving up and leaving. Or we are toast. Or we are dummies to stick around ‘cause all is list etc. etc. etc! My God what the founders of our Country would think if they could hear all of the surrender monkey talk....

Christianity and the Bible are verboten. But mohameddanism is most welcome.

This is the main reason I hold little hope for the Republic to survive.

I do think the pen (Legislation) will make things better, but the pen will not win this battle.

The pen currently is able to amend the constitution. If an EO can be written and have the force of law that Congress can overturn with a super majority, how is that not a defacto constitutional amendment?

It stays here, where we are willing to fight for it.

There is not a vet or patriot on this forum who would not follow Patton into battle, are you applying for the position? If not, then until you are, we will wail away because posting on a blog has accomplished exactly nothing.

ANOTHER REASON TO HOMESCHOOL

This ping list is for the “other” articles of interest to homeschoolers about education and public school. This can occasionally be a fairly high volume list. Articles pinged to the Another Reason to Homeschool List will be given the keyword of ARTH. (If I remember. If I forget, please feel free to add it yourself)

The main Homeschool Ping List handles the homeschool-specific articles. I hold both the Homeschool Ping List and the Another Reason to Homeschool Ping list. Please freepmail me to let me know if you would like to be added to or removed from either list, or both.

I guess the best way I can explain that is: the pen is (obviously) able to win the battle, but I don’t think expansive Legislation will be written...and enacted.

Zer0Care pretty much put me over the edge on that idea. I don’t care how they package it, forcing me under threat of law to pay for something is unConstitutional.

And I haven’t seen anything written/enacted that repeals that. I’m still waiting.

But apparently what I think is Constitutional and what the USSC, some pols, etc. think is Constitutional is different.

Which brings me back full circle to meaningful Legislation not being written. Ergo, the pen won’t fix it because it won’t be used.

I think we’re permanently off the Constitution Path, and only a revolution will put us back on it.

I’d certainly like to be proven wrong though, and I think Cruz is the best thing we have going.

Sorry I missed your post earlier and was asked why I didn't answer.

“First thanks for your service.”
Thanks. Wish I could have done more. The mind was willing, the body wasn't.

“Where you going with our constitution? I will tell you, no where. It stays here, where we are willing to fight for it.”
Put it this way: If today Ted Cruz called me told me he found a new uninhabited continent or a planet and was going there with many of his friends and the Constitution (a copy) and he invited me to join him, I'd go.

As I edited my sig line: It's like Going Galt, only Going Constitutional. Granted none of that will happen.

“The Framers knew they would be hung for creating this piece of work and were willing to give up their life for it. to run now, when She needs a fighter, proves that you do not deserve it.”
You're absolutely right about the Framers’ dedication. But far as I'm concerned we've: 1. Gone was too far away from the Framer's original intent and 2. We will never return to it; things will only get worse.

I hear people all the time say “fight.” Fight what and who? Make 30 phone calls a day? Stand on the corner with a sign? Vote? Post on FR and call people rats because you don't agree with their evaluations?

Sorry - those are all but meaningless gestures. The pols in DC have a plan, and what “YOU” want is immaterial. Granted some folks like Ron Paul and Ted Cruz very well may have our best interests at heart. But just as Paul was politically ostracized, I fear the same for Cruz. And it extends much farther than DC. I suggest Russia, China, et al. are looking to destroy us.

“And may I ask, just where the heck do you think you are going? Did you buy an island? Since you were in the military 20 years, where did you travel? You must have seen some shiite holes and know that America is a beacon and deserves to be preserved and fought for. I have traveled and seen these places. You will have to stage a revolution and take them over like our fore fathers and then start from scratch. Is that your plan?”
As above it would have to be an uninhabited place. I've seen firsthand this overthrow the local government thing and I want no part of it.

“Are maybe you are going to buy 5 acres and set up a Utopian compound and have a lil Obstinate Country with borders and everything where you will be President.”
Not hardly on all accounts, especially President. All I really want is to be left alone.

My version, I'm sure many - heck even most - won't agree with: At one time the Constitution was a set of standards for a chunk of land called the United States.

And it was a great place.

But the US strayed from those standards, and will continue on that path. But the standards will always exist.

At some point a group of separatists may very well pack up and leave, with the hope of starting and trying again. But I doubt it.

Truth of the matter is I'm not going anywhere. And if/when the realization that the pen is out of ink and of no value, I'll probably die in the first wave.

I've hijacked this thread enough, I'm done explaining myself.

But you and the others please continue to call me a rat and not deserving.
