Prince Charles corronation? he won’t outlive his mother for one, two she hasn’t said it but he ain’t going to be king
Doesn't matter what she says, he will be. She can't change the succession. The Parliament can (with the permission of the Parliament's of all the other Commonwealth Realms) but the Queen can't.
And whatever Lord Harries says, the Koran will not be read at the Coronation. The Coronation is a sacrament of the Church of England and the form has been largely fixed since 1307 (and a lot of the 1307 order is the same as that originally fixed in 896). No text from another religion, nor any secular texts will be added to the Coronation. It would not be tolerated - and certainly would not be tolerated by the Prince of Wales. There are some changes in other areas, he might contemplate - but not to this service.
What about the holy books of the Hindus? The sayings of the Budaha? The writing of Zoroazter? of Mithra? Maybe the Talmud? The words from the Egyptian Book of the Dead? Lets include every holy book there is or was.
