Pulling out the troops makes for good rhetoric. But, the Iraqis have been defrauding US for years. Why would they stop now?

Pulling out the troops made a lot of deaths meaningless; I’d imagine we’re still sending the money to pretend a viable government was left in charge (to minimize the sting of those deaths).
