Indiana's Mike Pence, is also a possibility under Cook's prediction, and arguably Ohio's John Kasich (some consider OH to be midwest).

I don’t know if OH is “Midwest” but I would include Kasich with Walker and Pence as possible contenders, after his a**-kicking reelection victory in a major swing state you have to include him.
And yes the current IN Governor, Pence. Not the former Governor, Daniels. Daniels won’t run because of his wh*re wife.
