Not only the "war on tobacco", but the "war on sugary drinks".

What if this guy were selling lemonade that had a high sugar content, or in containers bigger than 16 ounces, or heaven forbid, just built a lemonade stand and sold it on the street? Could the same thing happen in this scenario?

Again, it can be argued that blame, or at least partial blame should go to the very ones who vote for a party that puts these policies in place.

For the record, the “sugary” drink ban was one of the two that Bloomberg lost. The other was “the car of the future.” But he won all the others.
