I’m in favor of our Constitutionally elected representatives carrying out their constitutional duty by voting to fund only appropriate functions for our federal government. That is how our government was designed.
If Obama kicks it back to Congress with a veto, I hope that Congress overrides it. If it doesn’t, then it would be Obama “shutting down” the government.
