If a black thug is involved, Obama automatically says they did nothing wrong. Black thugs do no wrong. Blacks cannot be racists, thus black thugs can kill at will and not be guilty. In Obama’s world that is. In a sane person’s world the death penalty is in play .
I guess White people oughta start rioting because they are held up to a higher standard under the law. I mean if you’re Black you’re supposed to be able to get away with violence and thievery because of slavery and if you’re Hispanic it’s supposed to be okay to break the law because............well I haven’t figured that one out yet, and what about Asians, what are they getting away with, I guess maybe they are stuck with the Whites for now.

If you take someone else down, there's a question of battery. However, the officer was arresting someone. The battery had to happen once Garner resisted arrest.
I could probably go either way as to whether the "improper" or (procedurally) "illegal" "chokehold" was an act that was criminal in nature if the charge is criminally negligent homicide. Unlike the grand jury, however, I did not listen to all the evidence. I have to defer to them.

What cops like to do is narrate their actions for their report. So if they’re involved in an altercation, they yell “resisting arrest” when they see any movement of the suspect. And of course, any movement, including siezures, is considered a threat. They will also give orders that the suspect cannot possibly comply with. In this case the cop ordered the victim to put his hands behind his back, but the victim couldn’t do anything when the cop was basically forcing him to the ground.
I also wonder why they order bystanders to keep way back. Of course they say that it’s to protect the public, but we know the real reason why a bunch of cops huddle around the victim.
I hate the Kenyan with every fiber of my being.
It’s not about taking sides here. Look at the big picture. 0bama is exploiting these incidents to create a race war and a war between the public and the police. This is a diversion!! Instead of uniting against the federal government, he wants the peasants fighting among each other.
0bama wants to use this incident to federalize and militarize the police. In fact he has called for more federal “training” for local police. We certainly don’t want that.

Most places a 911 dispatcher/clerk is a civilian reading from a script, not a Police Officer.
Hmmm. People treated equally under the law... Like the 30,000 illegal felons you released from jail? Like the millions of illegals you gave amnesty to over legal immigrants? Like illegals being given welfare that citizens can’t get? Like “blacks only” clubs and initiatives like “My Brother’s Keeper?” Like Solyndra getting loans. Like Al Sharpton being allowed to walk free while owing millions in back taxes? Like promoting a tax cheat like Geitner to treasury secretary? Like lower income getting free ‘everything’ while taxpayers get shafted by paying for it?
