The guy did not attack an officer.
He was alive, the cops got involved, now he’s dead. He did nothing to warrant being deprived of his life.
I agree with the Ferguson grand jury, but the NY decision is outrageous. They should be rioting about this one, not Ferguson.
In both cases however, it’s RAT on RAT violence.
George Washington, in his last address to the country warned that 'law was raw force'. Here it is on display for anyone who will see. This is a crying shame that this man died. Yes, he raised his hands in disobedience to the officers. Then 4 or 5 men took him down. The fellow who performed the rear naked choke had his forearm sunk in deep. The force of the police was not going to be denied or negotiated. They would do what was necessary for the city of New York to collect the $6 tax per pack of cigarettes. And all the while the officials in Washington steal trillions from the taxpayers. All the while the investment bankers rip off the public monies and not a word is said.
Damn I hate to go against law enforcement, but on this one, they were wrong.
This is possibly going to be the ignition of far worse things to come in this country.
