You know what; if I were a white cop, I’d refuse to go into any minority neighborhoods. It simply isn’t worth it. These guys are dammed if they do, and dammed if they don’t.

We all sit back and cast our judgments on these police when in reality we have NO clue what these folks face on a daily basis.

Good people (Whites) who may have considered this profession are learning that it simply isn’t worth it.

Amen. If I were a white cop called to a black neighborhood today, I'd quit the force first. I can't understand why any white man or woman would want to go into law enforcement while Al Sharpton and his ilk are running the show. Do cops make mistakes? Sure, just like teachers, surgeons, lawyers, welders, and everybody else in the world. We should ALL be responsible for our actions, but somebody had better take into account the fact that there are important differences between honest miscalculations and acts of malice, or soon we'll have no working cops left.

My oldest son is pursuing a career in law enforcement. You can bet the farm I'm doing everything in my power to talk him out of it after Ferguson, and now NYC.

I’ve been saying the same thing to my friends the past 2 days. They should all quit any major city PD’s, go to po dunk towns or into PI work, or something else. Otherwise, any white cop now has a bullseye on them. They’re all targets of thugs, given the green light by Obama, Holder & Ilk.

With the white cops gone, they can replace with “more appropriate” colors or reduced force numbers and see how that turns out.

What a sad commentary on our culture and society that criminal thugs and racists now dictate, by whim, “the law.”
