Understood. Simply as a good Samaritan pov walking down the street, Mr. Garner was in physical distress after being subdued and incapacitated.

At that point, he as at the whims of the emergency personnel and his physical capacity dependend on their treatment. The lack of concern and lack of basic emt skills within the police is evident.

The NYC tax payers will be funding Mr. Garner family endeavors for a while.

I understand your compassion, but having worked in uniform, you need to know that the first thing perps cry about while being restrained is that they can’t breathe. It’s used as a ploy...just like whining that the cuffs are on too tight.
