yep Garner was absolutely NOT choked to death!

The whole incident is RIGHT THERE on video!

15 seconds! He was choked for 15 seconds!!!! He said “I can't breath the 1st time after 14 seconds! and was released from the choke hold ONE SECOND later!!!!

It's obvious as hell to ANYONE who actually takes 1 minute out of their life to watch the video that he didn't get “choked to death” The dude had a heart attack the second he was taken down due to his physical condition and the exertion of resisting arrest. You can actually see his outstretched arm spasming from the moment he hits the ground.

His problems breathing were a result of his heart attack.

ALL this is clearing shown on the video!!!

The coroners report showed no signs of trauma on Garners neck that would indicate he was choked.

Also his cause of death was cardiac arrest.

Also, he did not die on the sidewalk. He died later in route to hospital. From a heart attack. Caused primarily from his obesity and poor health.

The idiot protesters (and many FReepers) who simply watched a video and ignored the fidings of the coroner and the testimony of the Grand Jury are no better that the looters and thugs in Feguson who shout “Hands up, Dont Loot!”
