MINNEAPOLIS - A teenager who severely beat former Hennepin County board chairman Mark Andrew at the Mall of America last year won't go to jail for her crime - and he's glad she won't.
Eighteen-year-old Deea LeShawn Elliot pleaded guilty to first-degree assault for attacking Andrew with a metal baton last December after her accomplice stole his cell phone. A judge on Tuesday sentenced her to 14 weeks of intensive counseling and a year-long immersion in an arts program of her choice. She won't go to jail if she meets those conditions.

The only good thing to think of about her is she’s definitely on the way to running into somebody who’s meaner, better armed, and stronger than she is who will proceed to kill her. After all, that’s what would have happened to St. Trayvon of the Skittles (SBUH) if he’d gotten way with murdering George Zimmerman, as he was trying to do.

If the victim had been Black and the girl who assaulted him was white, I think the punishment would have been more severe and probably deemed a hate crime. Minnesota is a concealed carry state, but the MOA is a no gun zone to keep guests “safe”. These young punks may not be so lucky if the next time they accost someone who is armed

The woman could have killed the guy and he’s all choked up at what a swell citizen she is.
Never-mind that the woman will be able to repeat at will almost immediately. And next time she may kill. Next time it may be someone wife, mother, or child.
Not only this, think of the message this sends out. You can darn near kill whites now, and they’ll become your biggest fans and johnny well give you a knighthood on the spot.
