Cosby is not the only man being assaulted by the radical feminists and the ‘all sex is rape’ crowd.

Rolling Stone magazine says it now doubts the veracity of an account of a brutal gang rape at the University of Virginia that triggered a massive uproar.

Rolling Stones just stepped into the shit storm bacause they printed the claims of a ‘brutal mass rape’ from a less than credible witness.

These people seek to undermine our rule of law.

Only civil?

You might want to rethink that.

Because this is part of the massive effort to undermine our criminal laws.

They are seeking to try criminal charges in civil court.

Where you do not have your ordinary civil rights.

Where you do not have the right to an attorney.

Where you do jot have a presumption of innocence.

Where there are no limitations on the amount of punishment that can be imposed.

Take a good look around at the laws that are being pushed.

Even the liberal Harvard Lawyers are starting to object to the new femenist rules!

Quote “In July, Harvard University announced a new university-wide policy aimed at preventing sexual harassment and sexual violence based on gender, sexual orientation, and gender identity.

The new policy, which applies to all schools within the university and to all Harvard faculty, administrators, and students, sets up the Office for Sexual and Gender-Based Dispute Resolution to process complaints against students. Both the definition of sexual harassment and the procedures for disciplining students are new, with the policy taking effect this academic year. Like many universities across the nation, Harvard acted under pressure imposed by the federal government, which has threatened to withhold funds for universities not complying with its idea of appropriate sexual harassment policy.

In response, 28 members of the Harvard Law School Faculty have issued the following statement:

AS MEMBERS of the faculty of Harvard Law School, we write to voice our strong objections to the Sexual Harassment Policy and Procedures imposed by the central university administration and the Corporation on all parts of the university, including the law school.

We strongly endorse the importance of protecting our students from sexual misconduct and providing an educational environment free from the sexual and other harassment that can diminish educational opportunity. But we believe that this particular sexual harassment policy adopted by Harvard will do more harm than good.

if it is uncorroborated (#witnesses == 1) or only very loosely corroborated (#witnesses == ~1) then it would be a he-said-she-said, with the likely (to all concerned) outcome being defendedt held not liable.

however, if there are a large number of credible corroborating witnesses, then the outcome might be somewhat more problematic to predict.

IMHO, IANAL
