So these 'diverse' minorities are machinists, engineers, inventors, farmers, miners, and other trained, motivated workers with necessary, high level job skills?
That's good! For a while I thought they might be ignorant peasants whose cultural values might lead them to create the same socialist, non-Christian hellholes here that they have made of their home countries.
