He apparently doesn't understand the 10th amendment.

Most circuit court judges in Broward County are brain dead RAT drones.
Don’t recall that that the Constitution has anything about gays in it.
But of course, I’ve not got a law degree (which seems to come on the back of cereal boxes lately).
And folks wonder why we have less respect for the law and the Just-Us department than we do for our toilet bowl cleaning brush.

I completely agree. And since the states have never amended the Constitution to expressly protect gay agenda issues, there are no checks on 10A-protected state power to make laws which discriminate gay agenda issues, as long as such laws don’t unreasonably abridge constitutionally enumerated rights.
The only settled-law in America is any decision that advances leftism. All other laws are subject to further review.
