It’s not solely “black American culture” since this kind of thing happens around the world and to all races. It’s Marxist pseudoculture, since its primary means of attack is against the family. Winston Churchill always made the right connection between Marxism and squalor.
Black American culture has elements of Marxism in it. But it is the black culture that is uniquely self destructive, and separates itself from all other forms of Marxism.
