That's true. Last I checked, Mitt Romney was not President. Romney may have worked with Gruber on the Massachusetts deal, but the national program, the ACA, is owned by Obama, the 'Rats, Gruber, and whomever else forced this clusterf*ck on us. Not a single Republican in any position of power in DC supported it. The 'Rats own this mess, and Cummings and the others trying to put it on Romney is pretty despicable.
