Sooo, a person (let's just say in this case, a person of color) violates the law and then subsequently resists arrest. I guess they are suggesting that the police should just stand down and allow lawlessness to flourish. Maybe start in Clarence B. Jones' neighborhood.

As I recall, this actually happened in Cincinnati a few years back with the black community protesting excessive police violence in the hood. The police stopped "policing" in the hood and guess what happened to the crime stats?
