Hogan repeatedly promised throughout the campaign that he would not roll back the state’s gun control measures, and his spokesman Wednesday confirmed his position hasn’t changed.His position now is the same as it was last year, when the NRA backed him.
I am not justifying his position, or supporting it. I am just saying that he did not say one thing last year, and then say something else this year.
