I can easily see them having this conversation in their politburo (or whatever they call it) meeting:
COMMUNIST 1: “Did you hear about the report regarding American torture?”
COMMUNIST 2: “Yes! I have a great idea-let’s condemn them for torture!”
COMMUNIST 3: “Ha! That’s great! They know full well how we operate, and our pious admonition will cause the top of their capitalist heads to blow off!”
ALL: “HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!”
COMMUNIST 2: “CALL THE MINISTRY OF INFORMATION AND HAVE THEM ISSUE THE CONDEMNATION!”
