Hopefully, 2016 will be a repeat of 1980.
That would be nice, but I haven’t seen anyone that can hold a candle to Ronald Reagan. He was able to get through to Americans in spite of the biased press.
Of course, the Rockefeller wing of the party hated him and were embarrassed by him, and set about undoing his good work, and making sure to block any conservative from ever getting the nomination again, even if their actions help elect a Democrat.
