I’m kinda thinkin’ that TIME and “literate” don’t go hand in hand anymore. Just a slightly glossier version of people magazine. You could be right about Time's customer base. But I stand by my point. I doubt the Ferguson looters can even thumb through magazine. Opposable thumbs being requisite and all.
