The 113th Congress one of the least productive on recordI don't want Congress to be productive. Be less "productive," meet part time once every few years, get paid $10k/year or better yet, nothing, and leave me alone. That's what I want.

I don't want Congress to be productive. I feel the same way. I cheer about anything that doesn't pass. Aside from the Immigration Reform bill, I thought Harry Reid did a good job of throwing wrenches in the Senate gears.

The New Times should check the 350 or so House bills that Reid stuffed in his waste basket.

Sad to say, but the times I feel safest is when Congress is in recess. I’d be totally fine with reverse-reward system for our congresscritters — the fewer days they meet, the more the get paid.
