Forever! It must be 100% minority. No one in their right mind even drives through there with their doors locked! And they’ve spread into Cleveland Heights, and even some of Shaker Heights. Not a safe place to traverse.
When I lived in East Cleveland it was 90% black. Didn’t have a car. Walked everywhere.
