The difference is, that white kids grow up and leave the sloppiness behind and start wearing suits and start working regular jobs and having families. Black kids grow INTO that culture and end up wrecking their lives. They don’t shed it and become part of normalcy, laughing about their youthful idiocy. They sink to the sidelines, BY CHOICE no less.
