Republicans had better head him off before he destroys the party entirely.
I see it now - they (GOPe) want the ‘no cap’ campaign finance provision to kill the TeaParty.
The Dems double cross him and still the drunk asks for another.
Bohner to Obama:"You hate the Tea party and so do I, ... Let's talk turkey ..."
Once the spending continues to skyrocket and the status quo (Obamacare, illegal aliens) remain, the GOP will be vulnerable in 2016 as they have at least 2 dozen Senate seats to defend.
Warren will run for POTUS as a populist, and peel off white blue-collar and middle class voters, and she'll crush whatever RINO is the nominee. Meanwhile, the illegal aliens will be fully immersed in the system and will be eligible to vote.
The GOP will lose their Congressional majority and the WH again, thanks to conservatives rightfully staying home or voting 3rd party in disgust.
So Speaker Boehner would rather work with Obama than Conservative Republicans. We definitely have a problem.
He’s in with the in crowd.
This “cromnibus” needs to be shoved up the bawlers back side and then break the handle off.
Where’s the FReeperette who always counsels us not to be negative about the Republican Party and to give the establishment hacks the benefit of the doubt?
How bad are the compromising pictures the WH has of him?
The limp, flaccid boner is a traitor to the results of the election.
Saw it called “cRomneyBus”. Some truth there I think.
Anywaay, thanks to conservatives’ calls and emails Boehner only has 140+ votes. The Dems can’t make up that many.
Voter for a new Speaker in the next congress!

House Dem: Elizabeth Warren is Getting Ready for 2016

At least one member of the House Democratic caucus suspects that Senator Elizabeth Warren (D., Mass) scuttled the cromnibus in order to boost her profile ahead of the 2016 presidential campaign.
I would not be surprised if Mrs. Warrens position has something to do with the 2016 campaign, retiring Representative Jim Moran (D., Va.) told National Review Online, although he allowed that he was speculating. I assume it does.
Warrens owes her success in driving the Democratic caucus as much to her rivals as her friends, he suggested minutes earlier.
There are a lot of people in the caucus that understand that the public at large, at least their more liberal constituencies, feel that this is a giveaway to Wall Street, Moran told reporters. And I think frankly there are some people that theyre not going to let Elizabeth Warren get to the left of them.

“Well see what happens, but the Speaker evidently thinks he can get over the goal line by teaming up with Dems.”
And afterwards will not get sh!t from conservative Republicans when the new congress is sworn in.
Boehner is a moron. He has a majority now because of, and only because of, conservative voters.
Bonehead and Pelosi are working together to add a Trillion dollars worth of new debt for unborn generations to suffer under. This includes all the spending Obama wants for his unconstitutional amnesty and for the disastrous ObamaCare. Did you call or email your congressman today?
Too bad not one damn conservative on the Hill has the gonads to challenge this weak-kneed loser. It’s an embarrassment of historical proportions.
Benedict Boehner needs a slap across his whiney mouth. What a pos he turned out to be. Not to mention the republican idiots who voted him in as SOTH.
I am far from privy to the finer points of political strategy, but there are a couple things happening here that I see as positive.
1.) The Dems finally get a taste of a huge back room deal under the “we’ll have to pass it to see what’s in it” sense. Amnesty and Obamacare funding are irresistible bait for the Dems. They cannot use their age-old arguments that Republicans “don’t care.”
2.) Within this legislation are some reforms inimical to Demspeak, being supportive of corporate interests including the Koch Brothers. At any rate, when Elizabeth Warren squirms, you know something proper is contained in this.
3.) The whole thing is such a mess it will probably not pass anyway. Not with Amnesty and Obamacare unscathed, anyway. We may even enjoy a government shutdown, which is a best case scenario, IMO.
At bottom, this is a way of giving the Dems lots of rope to haggle over, while we wait for a more principled congress to begin a ratchet toward fiscal, social, and foreign policy responsibility.
Lastly, I recoil at Boehner with all his spinelessness and weepiness, yet I sometimes wonder if he has an underlying strategy that will make him look like a champ in the end. He’s had to deal with the fecklessness of a small portion of the population who do the Gruber all day long. The Executive Branch has been severely abused by Obama and his puppet masters, but that is drawing to a close sooner than we think.
