Gohmert needs to step up and challenge that degenerate drunk Boehner.

Gohmert, Garrett (my rep), etc., that is, a small minority of "hardcore" conservatives can freely vote against this and make a big show of doing so.

Because the vote counters get accurate estimates and know that the thing is going to pass.

I can then scream no ! no ! no ! as a conservative rep.

This preserves the illusion for conservative sheeple, that there are a few in congress that are "on their side".
