Yes I know, I have TrendMicro on my computer and can access it. My computer says I cannot download malwarebytes.
Try Emsisoft’s a-squared emergency kit or Lavasoft’s AdAware. You might need to turn off your anti virus to download them, but I didn’t. AdAware fights with my anti-virus, but a-squared works just fine.
