Your saying so doesn’t make it true.
Go ask the cops what evidence they had to arrest Jerry Sandusky for molestation.
Go ask Jerry Sandusky in his prison cell what evidence was presented at his trial where a jury convicted him of the molestation charges. There was no physical evidence presented to the jury. The only evidence presented was testimony by the victim.
Go ask the prosecutors what evidence they had against Jerry Sandusky. They would tell you they only had the victim’s testimony, which they presented to the jury, and used to win their case.
Also ask the prosecutors if they felt dumb bringing charges based on a victim’s testimony and winning their case.
I suppose you could also ask Bill Cosby what kind of evidence he was presented with when one of the women sued him which made him settle his case.
josettedupree Has an EPIPHANY... “(Someone) saying something does not make it TRUE”
Exactly.
An actress claims that 28 years ago she felt woozy at a comedians house. He took her out of the house and put her in a Taxi. End of story.
Did she show up at his house dead stinking drunk? Perhaps so, but nobody knows beause it was 28 flipping years ago.
The statute of limitations for the criminal case for charging her with drunk and disorderly conduct have long since expired.
Meanwhile, back in reality, Real crimes are occuring. ISIS wannabe’s are holding hostages in Australia.
