These people are evil, and I have lost all sympathy for their pain. To blame the manufacturer for a legal product that worked as designed is disgusting, sleazy, and greedy. Liberals created the “gun free zone”. Liberals are in almost all cases the shooters in these “gun free zones”. If these liberals actually want to profit from the deaths of their children, then they are too low to be worthy of any form of respect or consideration.
Why nobody bothered to include the murders in the published FBI 2012 crime data is hard to explain, except perhaps they were all to busy meeting with Bloomberg to plan their anti-gun crusade.

It is not surprising that some people mistakenly believe the published FBI data, or are otherwise skeptical of anything the government says given the reputation of the current administration and liberals in general for lying for political reasons.
In a sane world, the plaintiffs and their attorneys would be jailed for contempt the minute they filed this frivolous lawsuit. If they have any grounds for a lawsuit, it would only be against Lanza- not the manufacturer,not the ammunition maker, nobody else, period.
Actually, the police report said that she did keep it locked up. Adam Lanza killed her and stole the key.
To avoid fanning the flames of the truther types, I should have said there were no reports of wounded students surviving. A number of wounded adults survived.
The crime, committed by a deranged young man, obviously occurred. Why the law enforcement organizations haven't managed to report the murders, and/or publish them on the FBI web site is a reflection of bureaucrats at work, not what actually happened.

The fact that she owned a rifle should not be in question - CT has Euro style gun control and an AR-15 among others was registered to her.

I thought the murderer didn’t use the AR. He used pistols. The AR was left in the trunk of his car.
I never suggested any such thing, but have you looked at what the FBI says on their website? Don’t you think that kind of thing encourages those who are conspiracy theorists?
While I will admit there is a great amount of detail in this report, none of this can or has been verified to my knowledge by a source outside of government. Why the conspiracy thinking? Because the justice dept has a very clear track record of violating the law and fabricating stories to advance the anti gun agenda. This report detailed though it is contains zero evidence. It's just text. No photographs of the shell casings, etc. given the time that has gone by any reference to the murder weapon could simply be changed to represent 5.56 mm. There is definate motive to do this, so until I see something other than words I will maintain that we do not have proof the weapon used was a rifle

You have it backwards sir. He is asking for proof whereas you simply take it at face value what the government has said is true.
What proof do you have it actually happened? All I have seen so far is a bunch of uniforms in a parking lot and some women and men crying about something no one has even see a little bit of. We do know there were some paid actors on the scene afterwards to illicit an emotional response.
How do YOU know all of those in this so-called incident weren’t paid actors with an agenda? And if so; please provide proof in the way of real pictures. No need to post pics of dead teachers and kids. Just some pics of the shooter dead on the floor or walking in with that rifle will do. If you cannot provide it then how are we to believe it ever actually happened?
Everyone talks like it did but to this day no one has ever produced one single picture to prove it. If you can find one and link to it; I would lean a little farther toward believing it actually happened.

Because I was on campus during the Virginia Tech shooting. I know how hard it is to fake an event like this. There are too many witnesses to fake it.
Nice try clown - but the folks who get comments and threads pulled at FR are the Newthers who embarrass the site with their lunacy - not the normal people who call them out.
Nothing shows how grief stricken these parents are for the deaths of their children, than going after money to line their pockets. And of course, it’s the deep pockets of the gun manufacturer they’re going after. Who legally made the gun, legally sold it to a distributor and which, in turn, was legally sold to the mother of the crazy kid that used the gun. A legal gun.
I hope this lawsuit is either thrown out or they are forced to settle for a small amount of money.
