The Democrats' dream team in 2016 would be Warren and one of the Castro brothers (the American ones, not the Cuban ones), but that only checks off three boxes (woman, Native American, Hispanic). How do they avoid ticking off blacks that the ticket has no blacks on it?

Kamala Harris would be good for two ethnic categories (black and Asian) but she probably sees herself as a future Supreme Court justice and might want to avoid electoral politics.

Of course the other option would be to have Warren and Sharpton.
