I know it’s ridiculous the person running the Maryland health insurance exchange is outpolling the governor-elect! And the chancellor of the university system?
Fortunately I think there’s time to correct this a bit. Hogan obviously should win the actual designation regardless of the poll. His win is the story in Maryland for the year.

Lots of people are already leaving the state. They’ve had enough and know that Maryland is a lost cause.
