However, since the Fedgov chief executive has authority over all the departments and agencies, maybe he only needs to give verbal orders? Of course, this one is against the will of Congress, not to mention the "original intent" of the Founding Fathers.
The USSC has often ruled against "original intent" - the latest being Obambicare. People are now forced to buy a commercial product/service under penalty of law. I've seen a lot of bad decisions by the USSC in my political life, but that one is up there with Roe vs Wade.
Thanks Justice Roberts and you other socialists Supremes for ignoring the explicit wording of ACA about paying a penalty and renaming it a legal tax. I'll never get how he came to that conclusion. The wording of "penalty" (not tax) is in the legislation as we all know. Sorry to beat a dead horse, but I'm still angry.
