We can hang out for Christmas.
Mom goes to my sister’s house, and I don’t even know it is and then does the family thing with her in laws.
I sit here, FReep and stare at the animals.

We are on the opposite coast from my family...and wifey doesn’t have any she wants to associate with close by either.
We’ll do gifts, listen to Christmas tunes, especially TSO and then start getting Christmas dinner ready in between putting things together...
I especially hate when she buys new electronics and I find out I need some special doodad or cables in order to connect it to the existing gadgets.
The dogs always get Christmas gifts as well...favorite treats are wrapped up and they get to “open” them otherwise they tend to get a bit jealous.
