It just seems to me that anything that would come out of a Constitutional Convention would eventually be twisted away from it’s original purpose by the Judiciary, just like they have done with the original Constitution.
That’s why the only worthwhile amendments are structural, which divide power once again with the states and cannot be any more ignored than even year elections.
