I do not like mystery meats-I’d starve if that was all I could get-fortunately, beef is still sort of affordable around here because there are only small quantities produced for area butcher shops. I do eat more tofu than I did when beef was cheaper-it is a good source of protein-12 grams per 6 oz serving-only 4 grams of carbs, 4 grams fat and 0 cholesterol-and it is certainly cheap...

Odd but I like the taste of Oscar Mayer Bologna better than the expensive deli cuts. Fried Bologna...yum.

Tennessee tenderloin, man. Take a whole log of it, unwrap and score about a half inch deep all around. Then coat with mustard and the rub of your choice and put in smoker at 225-250 degrees for maybe two hours then slice and grill or fry. Throw a lip around that and you'll be happy.
