There's a difference with Cruz, he doesn't tell anyone he's smarter, or attended such and such school, or any other self aggrandizing fact. He doesn't need a lying media to cover his a$$. People who have met him, they will tell you he's for real. Once you meet him you'll know too.
Jeb Bush, Hillary Clinton, Mitt Romney, Juan McCain, and others are empty suit politicians and rely on the media to protect and carry their image for them. The truth doesn't matter with them, its the image that matters.
What you see is what you get with Senator Cruz. He does not serve the media. Witness how he scares the he$$ out of the liberal media and the empty suit politicians. They know he is the real deal. It's that image they want to tear down and drag through the political mud before the voters.
No, Senator Cruz isn't deluded, and he's no Gruber. The GOPe and the RINOs know he's there to kick some a$$ for the conservative cause.
I’m sure you haven’t heard the last of Palin. She hasn’t forgotten and is waiting for the right moment to cause the most pain to her liberal media attackers and the GOPe if she decides to re-enter the political circus.
In the meantime, a real fight between Senator Cruz and the GOPe is about to begin. Cruz and other conservative followers are the focus of the GOPe and the media, not Palin. He is the immediate threat to them.

Yes, they are terrified of Sen Cruz. They will always tell you who they fear. The hit pieces on him just keep on coming.
Might be a bit of what they call “Palinization” of Cruz and besides that, if some hated Santorum for his stance against same-sex marriage (Bachmann too actually), I’ve seen the LGTB people have already shown their dislike for Cruz.
