Dirty, matted hair, dirty wrinkled clothes, dirty trousers that drag on the ground, dirty shoes that are run over at the heel, dirty book bags, dirty skin..... dirty, dirty, dirty.....They all look like they rolled out of bed and came to school.

I have seen a fair amouth of this. I postulate that these poor children were not taught the rites of mating and how to say no, how to have a right to say no. So instead of dealing with men because they know not how, they make themselves as unattractive as possible to avoid men.
Maybe THAT’S it!
No self respect.
