Think of how they addressed the AIDS epidemic,.... "Why is this happening? What behaviors increase the risks of this happening? What can people to do avoid it?"

You are kidding right?

When it comes to AIDS they avoided those questions like the plague.

Nobody wants to talk about the fact that butt sex with strangers is the most common way of catching AIDS.

The other way is to take a needle that some diseased person jabbed into their body and jab it into yours.

And they certainly don't care to point out what segments of the population continues to get and spread AIDS because of that behavior.

Heaven forfend!
