New York Times photographer Stephen Crowley snapped a picture of freed Cuban detainee Alan Gross at his lawyer’s office preparing his televised remarks after landing in America. But when he posted it to Twitter, it raised eyebrows for someone else in the picture: Communist revolutionary Che Guevara.

Because he is a commie/LIB and his attorneys are commie/LIBs who live in the WDC area.

I saw that on TV last night, and thought it was a photo of Gross before he left Cuba. That made sense to me.

But St. Che remains an icon to the American left, along with St. Karl, St. Vladimir and St. Mao. In fact, the photo of Che in the lawyer's office is an icon, for all intents and purposes.

For this pile of Obama-loving goo we gave up three Cuban terrorists? Apparently, all the Commies stick together to put a thumb in the eye of Uncle Sam.

Che’s vitriol is virtual voodoo doll stabbing that liberals love to partake in. They love to attack the messengers. They do not defend free speech or books, they defend their depraved shallow living.

It’s only natural that two marxist dictators would exchange diplomatic relations.

Pope Francis before going to the Holy Land boasted to be himself the Che Guevara of the Palestinians.

“Crazy with fury I will stain my rifle red while slaughtering any enemy that falls in my hands! My nostrils dilate while savoring the acrid odor of gunpowder and blood. With the deaths of my enemies I prepare my being for the sacred fight and join the triumphant proletariat with a bestial howl!” Ernesto Guevara from the book that became the Motorcycle Diaries.

“To send men to the firing squad, judicial proof is unnecessary. These procedures are an archaic bourgeois detail. This is a revolution! And a revolutionary must become a cold killing machine motivated by pure hate. We execute from revolutionary conviction!” Ernesto “Che” Guevara.

“Executions? Certainly we execute! And we will CONTINUE executing as long as it is necessary! This is a war to the DEATH against the revolution’s enemies!” Che Guevara while addressing the U.N. General Assembly on December 9, 1964.

Please note: all of Guevara’s above quotes are found in the sadist/coward’s (alas, the “acrid odor of gunpowder and blood” never reached Guevara’s nostril from actual combat. It always came from the close-range murder of bound, gagged and blindfolded men) own diaries.

According to the Black Book of Communism, published in Paris, 14,000 men and boys were executed in Cuba by that stage — the equivalent, given the relative populations, of over 3 million executions in the U.S. “VIVA CHE! VIVA FIDEL!” bellowed Jesse Jackson while arm in arm with the agent of that appalling bloodbath (Fidel Castro) at the University of Havana in 1984. Jesse Jackson, by the way, wrote a book condemning capital punishment.

The Obama administration secretly negotiated with Cuba for months on behalf of Gross. Three U.S. lawmakers were on the plane with him when he flew home. Other officials greeted him when the plane landed. No such efforts were made on behalf of Sgt. Andrew Tahmooressi to secure his release from a Mexican jail, a Marine who served his country in Iraq. He was ignored by the Obama administration while he was in prison, and when he was finally freed, he was totally ignored again by the administration.

I saw the same thing! Thought it was an officer in Cuba. We might have some insight on the delusional thinking that kept him in jail.

The other side of that coin is; why didn’t 0bama lift a finger to help Sgt. Tahmooressi?

Somebody find out who this “Scott Gilbert” is? One guy by that name stiffed me for $40 years ago when I did some research for him. He took off for a try at a political career in Wisconsin or Michigan, but failed.

I’ve also seen that name in connection with leftist organizations/lists.

Want to make sure that I don’t mix honest people with that name up with the crooks and reds.
