As for driver’s license, I don’t understand how these people get any kind of licenses when they can’t speak English. How long before every highway sign will be written in every language in the world. Talk about confusing!
What happens when these drivers get in an accident and don’t have insurance? Laws don’t mean anything to them unless they
benefit from it. I think it should bar them from keeping the license, same goes for California but I know it won’t happen.
