I think this underscores how having even a few thousand American troops stationed in Iraq would have stabilized the country and kept ISIS from getting a foothold.
Obama lost the peace in Iraq by his irresponsible actions and now hundreds of thousands , if not millions of Iraqis are paying the price.
It would be really interesting to get the Iraqi peoples take on how the water boarding of a handful of al -Qaeda terrorists helped set the stage for America's withdrawal now that al -Qaeda has returned and instituted a reign of terror
